Processing Time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment processing within the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise stated on the website, during checkout, or if you receive an email notification indicating a delay for any item in your order. Any estimated delivery dates provided are approximations only. Orders may be delayed due to verification processes or the time the order was placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Mactab.co are subject to the terms of a shipping agreement.
Delivery Information
It is essential to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Once your order has been prepared for shipping or has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your representative, we will contact you promptly to make corrections, and the package will be reshipped at an additional shipping cost. A daytime phone number must be included for all orders. Occasionally, packages are returned to Mactab as undeliverable. When an undeliverable package is returned to Mactab, please contact us to arrange reshipment.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (If Applicable)
We accept product returns. Customers are eligible to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the product to the manufacturer.
Shipping costs will be charged to the customer only once (this includes returns); no restocking fees will be applied to consumers when returning a product.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted.
